Return Window: You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to submit a return request. We are unable to process returns requested outside of this timeframe.
Item Condition: We only accept returns on items that are brand new, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documents intact. Items showing signs of use or missing original packaging will not be accepted.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You will need to arrange and pay for your own return postage using a trackable shipping service of your choice. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, email us at support@somyali.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will get back to you with a return authorization and step-by-step instructions on where to send your package. Once approved, securely repack your item in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable service.
Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it to verify it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days. Please allow additional time for the amount to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
